Enquiry - Fever Latina - 28-05-2016

When we receive an enquiry, we issue 2 pieces of information:
  1. A quotation (if the enquirer has stipulated artist/venue postcode)
  2. A reservation (if the enquirer has stipulated date)

Note: I only chase enquiries if we have pencilled it into our diary. If you prefer not to receive "chase emails": please let me know and I'll keep this in mind for future enquiries. Unfortunately, we won't be able to notify you if a date has been filled by another enquirer if we haven't pencilled your enquiry into our diary. Alternatively, you can check our availability anytime via our live Event Diary.

This of course means that there is a risk of non-availability without notice if the client responds to a quotation.

All this means is that we prioritise your enquiry so that if another enquiry comes in for that date, I give you 1st refusal on that date before quoting to the other enquirer.

Would you like me to not set a reservation period for future enquiries? This might mean that there is a risk of us withdrawing availability without notice.

Alternatively, I can keep to the same reservation format, but only notify you if either I'm quoting for another enquiry for the date(s) or if I'm releasing your enquiry.

For now, I will keep it pencilled and let you know once released, I await your feedback regarding the above options.
