Red & Black Musicians Marketplace is a new Facebook group we've set up opening up an additional channel of communication to help musicians find musicians.
Welcome to the Red & Black Musicians Marketplace.
This is an additional Facebook group to connect musicians. We can't deny that there are other Facebook groups like this. We're not trying to be original at all. We're simply opening up an additional line of communication, should you need it :)
For musicians and artists who wish to be informed/updated of available engagements, and for all those managers and producers who are in need of musicians and artists.
This is a free service.
The group is unmoderated and all correspondences are unregulated.
However, please bear in mind our 2 principle values of communication and accountability when posting. Any correspondence which we find to be detrimental to the forward progress of ourselves, yourselves or others, may be removed, subject to our discretion.
If we feel it necessary to implement rules, we may, and document/publish reasons and rationale where applicable.
Please feel free to email email@example.com should you have any specific queries or complaints, and we will do our best to resolve these :)
Many thanks, onwards and upwards!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note all correspondences will be logged for training and quality purposes, to be used and/or published on Red & Black Music's "Read & Blog"
Please take responsibility for your own actions, vet your options carefully and record everything or as much as possible in writing for the purpose of evaluation and future development.
Please note that this group may be used for any opportunities regardless of the agenda & deal.
We encourage free trade.
This means that trade is left to its natural course without tariffs, quotas, or other restrictions. In the arts and creative industries, it means that the individual is free to take or leave work regardless of the rates rubber stamped by the trade unions.
In music specifically, it means that the musician is sufficiently equipped to stipulate their own rates relative to their ability, availability and experience.
All we ask is people are open, honest, communicate transparently and manage expectations in detail at all times, so that they are accountable for their promises and commitments.
