Again, the client has failed to acknowledge or address the process behind what has happened; discrediting the methodology via an assertion of "common sense":
Ok – fine in this instance but I do need a bit of common sense applying please. I.e if a show has been EN’d, and you didn’t publish to Skiddle/FB then chances are nobody has, as it falls within your remit. I haven’t really got capacity to double check every listing, for every show.
Apparently, some of the correspondence has been lost in this dialogue possibly because a spur-of-the-moment conversation happened in an office somewhere, and then mysteriously vanished into thin air...
