Fiesta Latina is the instant coffee to the brewed beans of Diáspora. Established in 2013, Fiesta Latina shakes up a vibrant mix of salsa, Latin jazz, pop and Batucada beats, from Cuban classics and laid back Brazilian beats right through to the present day. Last month's set took the vibe in a slightly different direction - opening in a memorable performance of "La Habana" (Alejandro Sanz), from Alexandra Soto (Riamba). Joined by the inimitable Rea Quntaperforming original material from the band's extensive catalogue, written and directed by Rory Duffy and featuring Alexandra Soto opening the night with us; this season's edition promises to be an unmissable date in the festive calendar!
